Emma is a super-busy hair professional who loves her workouts! She decided to use the forced time off work through lockdown to refocus on her well-being. Keeping an open mind and throwing herself in heart & soul, Emma found that my Nutrition Coaching helped her make progress in a way that previous diet programmes had not.

Emma says:

Louise is an incredible Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with endless experience in all things health, fitness and well-being. I’ve had Personal Training sessions with her over the past couple of years and she is second to none; so encouraging and so good at teaching the correct form and what exercises will benefit me.

Since the past year has been difficult due to lockdown, I had gained some weight and lost motivation. I was feeling a bit low and sluggish. So, I started a new guided plan with Louise at the beginning of January 2021.

We first focused on my Nutrition, health and well-being. I completed a ’30 Days to Healthy Living’ plan, guided by Louise with all the tools and nutritional facts for healthier and cleaner eating. Within the first 2 weeks I was feeling so much more positive, focused and way more energised. My skin was glowing and I was receiving compliments all the time on how well I was looking!

After completing the 30 Days we moved the focus to weight loss and fitness goals. Louise has been helping me with home workouts and further support with my nutritional needs. She is so supportive and always has the answers at the end of the phone when I need anything. I’m feeling so focused and positive. I’ve tried diets before; Slimming World, Weight Watchers etc, and I feel like what I’m doing now is so much better for me – healthier living rather than ‘syn’ or points counting. I feel better from the inside out.

I can’t recommend Louise highly enough. She has taught me so much and been a tremendous support. I’m excited to continue my journey with her!
