Weekly sessions, online or in-person, tailored to your needs, developing abilities, and goals.

Plus, guidance on the most effective and time efficient way to exercise outside of our PT sessions to get the results you’re looking for.

Block of 10 sessions

What’s Included:

Suitable for people with broadly similar goals, but with some individualisation in sessions to cater for differing fitness levels and needs.

  • Initial shared consultation, (phone or in person)
  • Personal Training sessions, 1 hour each, over zoom or in person
  • Training guidance and remote support for your fitness development outside of PT sessions
  • Optional Body Composition Analysis, if desired, (in person clients only)
  • Free personalised Macro-Nutrient Guide to help you eat well and feel your best
  • Access to client discount on excellent quality, clean ingredient, nutrition supplements and wellness products
