Total Wellness 3 Month Package

Let’s get you eating well, fitter than ever and feeling your absolute best!

Whatever your starting point, I’ll help you achieve total wellness in body, mind and nutrition.

We’ll build a powerful personal action plan and break that down into manageable, steps. I’ll provide support to help you put your wellness at the top of your priority list, no matter how busy life gets!

19 sessions over 3 months

What’s Included:

Initial consultation, (phone or in person)

  • Weekly Personal Training sessions, 1 hour each, over zoom or in person
  • 7 x Nutrition and Wellness Coaching sessions, 1 hour each, over zoom or in person, spaced as needed over the 3 months
  • Personalised Macro-Nutrient Guide
  • Handpicked tools to help make meal planning and prep easy within your busy life
  • Remote support outside of our sessions to keep you on track and motivated
  • Optional Body Composition Analysis, if desired, (in person clients only)
  • Access to client discount on excellent quality, clean ingredient, nutrition supplements and wellness products
